Impressionistic Landscape of Flower Meadows in Pastels and Pinks, Vitreous Enameled Copper Bar Pendant, Ready to Mail and to Gift for Her

Impressionistic landscape in dreamy pastels of a meadow of flowers. Handcut copper shape is coated with multiple layers of glass and fired multiple times in a kiln to bond copper and glass. I manipulate the glass to develop my nature inspired designs.

These pendants are a new series from my landscape pieces, that I began in 2014, and have continued into 2016 as both watercolors and with copper enameling.

Vitreous enamel is the ancient art of manipulating colored glass powders onto a metal base (copper here) and repeatedly heating it in a kiln from 1450F to 1500F to melt the glass and bond it to the metal. The back of each pendant is counter enameled.
